The percentage difference is calculated by dividing the absolute difference between two numbers by the average of those two numbers.

Example
Comparing 10 and 15:
- Absolute Difference: |10 - 15| = 5
- Average: (10 + 15) / 2 = 12.5
- Result: (5 / 12.5) * 100 = 40%
