Understanding Trade Simulation
Trading is a game of probabilities. A single trade doesn't define a strategy; a series of 100 trades does. Our simulator uses the Monte Carlo method to generate random outcomes based on your Win Rate and Risk/Reward ratio.
Key Metrics
- Risk per Trade: The percentage of your account you are willing to lose on a single trade (e.g., 2%).
- Risk:Reward (R:R): If you risk $100 to make $300, your R:R is 1:3. High R:R strategies can be profitable even with a lower win rate.
- Win Rate: The percentage of trades that are profitable.
