Calculating Time Between Dates

How Date Differences Work
The calculation takes into account:
- Leap Years: Years with 366 days (adding Feb 29).
- Variable Month Lengths: Months with 28, 30, or 31 days.
- Time Zones: We calculate based on dates, assuming the same time zone for start and end.

Inclusive vs Exclusive Calculation
By default, date difference calculations usually exclude the end date (e.g., Monday to Tuesday is 1 day). If you want to count both the first and last day as full days (e.g., for leave requests), check the "Include end date" box.
