All photo scanning and recovery operations are performed locally on your device. Specifically:

• Photos are scanned directly from your device's storage
• Recovered photos are saved to your device's gallery in a dedicated folder
• Scan history and app preferences are stored locally on your device
• Storage information (used/free space) is read locally for display purposes only
• No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties
• No analytics, tracking, or telemetry is implemented

🛡 Data Storage & Security

Your data never leaves your device. We implement the following security measures:

• All operations are performed locally on-device with no internet requirement
• No cloud storage, remote databases, or external APIs are used
• App preferences are stored securely using Android's DataStore
• No user accounts or authentication are required
• No third-party data sharing or selling occurs

🔐 App Permissions

Photos Recovery Pro requests only the minimum permissions necessary:

• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Required to scan your device for deleted and existing photos.
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to save recovered photos back to your device (Android 9 and below).
• MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required on Android 11+ for full storage access to locate deleted photos.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings. Without these permissions, the app will not be able to scan or recover photos.

🔗 Third-Party Services

Photos Recovery Pro does not integrate with any third-party services that collect personal data. The app:

• Does not include any advertising SDKs or ad networks
• Does not use analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Does not include social media tracking or login
• Does not use crash reporting services that transmit data externally
• Operates entirely offline without any network requests

👶 Children's Privacy

Photos Recovery Pro does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 years of age. The app does not collect personal information from any user, regardless of age. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns, please contact us.

🗑 Data Deletion

Since Photos Recovery Pro does not collect or store any personal data on external servers, there is no user data to delete from our end. To remove all app data from your device:

• Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored preferences and scan history
• Clear app data from Settings > Apps > Photos Recovery Pro > Clear Data
